AI-Collab Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 10, 2026
Joseph Crawford operates AI-Collab (collab.jcsquared.com), a private workspace with one authorized user. This policy explains what data the service handles.
Data the service collects
- Google account email address and its verified status, received during Google sign-in. The service requests only the
openid and email scopes.
- Sign-in tokens issued by Google and by the service, needed to keep a session active.
- Workspace files that the owner or the owner's AI assistants create.
- Server logs: time, IP address, page requested, browser user agent and referrer.
How the service uses data
- The email address serves one purpose: confirming that the person signing in is the owner. The service denies access to every other address.
- Logs support security monitoring and troubleshooting.
- The service never sells, rents, shares or transfers data to third parties, never shows ads, and never uses Google user data to train AI models.
Google API Services
AI-Collab's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
- Data stays on a server that the owner runs, protected by HTTPS, a firewall and encrypted token storage.
- Server logs roll off after 400 days. Sign-in tokens expire on their own schedule.
